Fluid furnished the amenity spaces for this groundbreaking building designed by ESG located in the North Loop area of Minneapolis. Encompassing both commercial and residential spaces, the project scope included lobby and event spaces, model units, back of house offices, rooftop decks, a pet spa, and other amenities that take full advantage of the 360 views of downtown Minneapolis and Target Field.
Uniquely, this project features a wide array of custom furniture solutions, including custom tables, booths, rugs and more from a variety of manufacturers including Eastvold, Surya and Ariston.
