When the City of Columbia Heights was furnishing their new City Hall space designed by Leo A. Daly, Fluid provided furniture expertise for the complex, including both administrative and public-facing spaces. Since community service was a large driver to this project, the space features a variety of spaces that accommodate ideation, collaboration and focus, including a “situation room,” formal and informal conference areas, and private offices.
The project scope included workstations, offices, conference rooms, employee café, various public and private ancillary spaces, and a large council chamber.
