Fluid helped Kurita America eliminate dedicated offices without compromising workstation features or ergonomics. Key project goals focused on fostering communication and collaboration by giving employees a community space and re-thinking meeting rooms. The end goal was to create a workplace that exemplifies Kurita’s core values of Fairness, Transparency, Integrity, Safety, and Compatibility.
