Fluid partnered with Opus to outfit and install 365 Nicollet to create a luxury apartment complex that showcases a level of elevated design throughout the entire building, differentiates from the rest of the market, and can be used as a showpiece for the Opus team. Fluid outfitted 4 levels of the luxury apartment with a variety of lounge and outdoor furniture pieces that you will find throughout their lobby, leasing offices, golf lounge, transit hub, cycle room, clubroom, pool deck, relaxation room, and private dining space.
