Our installation services are based on lean principles which means we receive, deliver, and install your new furniture in the most efficient and timely manner. Your furniture ships to our warehouse allowing us to control product deliveries to your site based on site readiness and established phasing plans.

We leave packaging materials at our warehouse where we preassemble and kit your product. This preparation guarantees a highly efficient delivery and installation process.

When it comes to Day 2 Services, from simple service requests and warranties to complex moves, adds, and changes, completing tasks quickly and efficiently is our specialty.

Every service account is assigned their own MAC Lead, accountable for all of your service requests – giving you a single point of contact for any daily need that comes up.

And, we’ll provide your MAC Lead with the technology they need to help uncomplicate your list of service requests. With our system in place, we’re only one click away.

We can help you reduce your storage costs while maximizing the utilization of your existing assets.

Our stocking programs will help you quickly satisfy employee needs for ergonomic products like height adjustable tables, task chairs, and monitor arms. Everything is bar-coded and stored in our climate controlled and secured facilities. Your product is always safe and protected.

Our asset management team is trained and experienced in warehousing and storage and our web-based technology provides reporting capabilities and on-line access to your assets immediately.

To help your team navigate their new space, we'll provide your employees with a change management website that will give them quick “how to” videos on how to adjust task chairs, workstations and monitor arms along with an array of ergonomic tips and tricks.
